Return Policy 

Returns

Custom cakes are not eligible for returns and deposits are not refundable as they are made to order based on the specific requests of the customer. We take great care in ensuring that the cake is made to your specifications, and we do our best to provide a high-quality product.

Due to the nature of our products no refunds will be issued closer than two weeks before the event. A lot of the planning and work on projects would have started already.  If we haven’t started on the cake yet we will give the shop credit or defer the date.

Cancellations

Custom cake orders may be canceled up to one week before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
